Prepare 1kg of boneless chicken leg marinate with:
Salt-1 Tsp
White pepper- 1/2 Tsp
Sugar- 2 Tsp
Custard powder- 2 Tbs
Egg- 1
Some water
(Marinate for 1 hour)
Crispy flour:
Plain flour- 100g
Rice flour- 100g
Corn flour- 60g
Baking powder- 30g
Custard powder- 50g
(Mix together)
For the Lemon sauce ?
Water- 500g
Lemon juice- 1 whole
Lemon syrup- 150g
Honey- 4 Tbs
Sugar- 3 Tbs
Salt- 2 Tsp
Custard powder- 1 Tbs (mix with 2Tbs water)
