Lemon Garlic Chicken Breast Recipe | Garlic Butter Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast:
2 large chicken breasts
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp flour
1 cups Panko bread crumbs
Olive oil
Ingredients for Garlic Butter Lemon:
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 large garlic clove, minced
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
– For Butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, add a little salt, pepper, mix well.
– Chicken breasts, washed, drained, and cut in half lengthwise
– Then cut into 1 bag inside the chicken breast
– Stuff 1 tablespoon of butter inside the chicken breast
– Add a little salt, pepper on both sides
– Roll the breast in flour, then in the beaten egg plate, then roll the chicken in Panko bread crumbs.
– Heat a pan of hot oil, fry the chicken until golden brown and serve on a plate
