I will show you how to make a tasty Falafel and a simple salad. Its a healthy meal but very tasty. Do not tell anyone but this is a vegan recipe.
Ingredients:
Vinegrete:
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of White Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Falafel Mixture:
1 pound of Dried Garbanzo Beans soaked overnight (minimum 8 hour)
1/2 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Tablespoon Sea Salt
