Lose weight with my Oat Smoothie Recipe and use the law of attraction to help you get to your weight loss goals faster.

I’m on a diet and it’s called the Law of Attraction diet. For breakfast I enjoy an Oat Smoothie, which I am going to show you how to make in this video.

If you’ve found it difficult to lose weight it could honestly be down to two things your belief and your dietary habits.

On my channel I am all about creating an awesome life and that is in all areas of my life. I realised that I wasn’t taking my weight loss desires seriously because if I were I wouldn’t have been eating the cookies and treats all the time. But now I am.

My man Martin is flying us off to Marrakesh for four days to relax my mind and for us both to spend quality time together. He’s booked us into a hotel suite with our own swimming pool and the facilities are equipped with a gym and spa. So a great opportunity to enjoy working out.

A few days ago I lost 2 pounds. Now down to 148 pounds I’m happy. I’ve got 8 pounds to lose and I’m excited.

I enjoy a breakfast in a mug called an Oat Smoothie something I love to drink and buy at a smoothie stand in I occasionally work near when working in East Croydon, London.

I love variety and my variety has to be yummy. The oat smoothie ingredients are listed through the video and pops on the screen. Its really simple to make and I think you’ll love it as an alternative to a bowl of oats or piece of toast.

I’ve come up with my own version of the one I have from that stand I mentioned. I think mine is better, but I would say that. lol.

Ingredients:
1 pkg of porridge oats-i used golden syrup cause it’s what was in my cabinet
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 small banana
1 small pear
1 tsp of Stevia
500 ml of Oat milk
1/2 tsp of green matcha tea
Then blend with ice until its how you like it.

Omg it tastes really good and no the spinach doesn’t overpower the yumminess but you get a kick of greens that we all need for good health. This breakfast is low calorie goodness and kept me going for hours.

Enjoy-remember what you think about you bring about with the law of attraction. So see yourself and think yourself having the body you want and then choose the foods you eat according to what you know will get you to your ideal weight.

Fitness is super important too, so don’t forget to get out and walk for thirty minutes at least 4 times a week. I like to swim and even jog but whatever you choose, to do just do it!
