Lotus Biscoff Dessert Recipe is a kind of sweets that can be eaten for dessert or as a snack. This is my own variation and idea for the lotus Biscoff spread. Instead of using the lotus biscoff as a spread in breads I decided to make something out of it to make a twist by mixing it with others like cream and biscuit putting them together by layers.

INGREDIENTS :
For the BISCUIT (1st layer)
– digestive biscuit
– butter
For the CREAM(2nd layer)
– fresh milk
– fresh cream(kiri/ philadelphia cream cheese)
– dream whip
– condensed milk
Others
-lotus spread (3rd layer)
– whole wallnuts(for design/toppings)

PROCEDURES:
– Put fresh milk, kiri cream, dream whip and condensed milk in a blender machine. Blend until thick and smooth. Set aside…
– Grind the digestive biscuit then mix it with melted butter as shown in the video.
– Melt biscoff lotus in a microwave then set aside.
– Get the ground digestive biscuit and put it in your desired sweets container as first layer. For the second layer put the cream. The third layer, put the melted biscoff lotus. Add whole wallnuts for design.
– Refrigerate.
