Ini adalah antara chinese food yang Cik Anna suka makan. Cik Anna cuba buat sendiri dan share dengan my chinese friend, dia dulu housemate cik Anna dan sekarang jadi jiran pula.. dan nampaknya dia suka lo mai gai yang cik Anna masak ni. Cik Anna happy.. yeay!
Di sini cik Anna Share resepi Lo Mai Gai halal versi cik Anna.
bahan-bahan untuk pulut :
2 pot beras pulut
2 sudu besar kicap cair
1 sudu besar kicap pekat
2-3 sudu besar kicap manis
1 sudu kecil 5 spice powder
stock ayam /kiub pati ayam
garam jika perlu
bahan-bahan untuk lauk :
ayam bahagian peha di potong kecil
shitake 4-6 biji potong kecil atau potong half
2-3 sudu besar kicap cair
2 sudu besar oyster sos
1 sudu besar minyak bijan
1 sudu kecil cuka
1 sudu kecil epal jus
1 1/2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu besar jus halia
1 sudu kecil lada putih (atau setengah sudu kecil)
garam jika perlu

This is one of my favourite chinese food. I try to cook it myself and share with my chinese friend. She is my ex-housemate and now are my neighbour. She loves my lo mai gai very much and I’m so happy. yeay!!
So here I want to share my halal version of Lo Mai Gai
ingredients for glutinous rice :
2 pot of glutinous rice
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
2-3 tbsp sweet soya sauce
1 tsp 5 spice powder
chicken stock/ chicken cube
salt if needed
ingredients for side dishes :
chicken meat from the thigh part cut to pieces
4-6 shitake cut to pieces or halves
2-3 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp apple juice
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp ginger juice
white pepper (1/2 – 1 tsp)
salt if needed
