Pretzel Salad
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Spray 9×13 baking dish
3)use a food scale and measure out 7 oz of pretzels.
4)Bang out your pretzels in a bag
5) add 2 tablespoons of honey.
6) Bake for 10 minutes.
7)Cool completely about 10 minutes
8) Combine 1/4 cup of sugar substitute and 2 , 8 oz blocks of lowfat cream cheese, and 2 tsp of vanilla. Blend with mixer
9)Fold in one container of cool whip
10) Add on top of pretzel layer
11) Make one packet of jello and add 2 cups of strawberries to it.
12) Chill the strawberry mixture for at least 20 minutes.
13) Finally, add the strawberry mixture to the top of the cream cheese layer.
14) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
