Healthy Low Calorie Mango Habanero Chicken!
Chicken & Rice does not have to be bland! This is one of the best tasting chicken recipes I’ve made, an explosion of flavour with great macros and perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
For the chicken:
• 300g cubed chicken breast
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 whole lime juiced
– Cook on medium heat for 4 mins each side
For the Mango Habanero Sauce:
• 10g light butter
• 4 minced/crushed garlic cloves
• 200ml Mango Juice(Brand: M&S – 31 cals per 100ml)
• 15g Honey
• 15g Habanero Hot Sauce (Brand: Sauce Shop) or any hot sauce of your choice
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 lime juiced
– Bring the sauce to a bubble and let it reduce to thicken it a little before adding the chicken back in
Garnish:
• Fresh coriander/cilantro
• Mango pieces
• Serve with 120g cooked basmati rice
