In this video, we will tell you how you can make best Low Carb Mushroom Chicken Recipe which is also very easy to cook.

Ingredients:
Chicken – 200 gms
Mushrooms(portabella/ baby bella) – 200 gms
Finely Chopped garlic 4-5 large cloves
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Dried Oregano or cilantro – as per choice

Method:
1. Cut chicken into medium strips.
2. Add salt, pepper, chilli powder, and dried oregano. Mix well.
3. Slice the mushrooms into medium slices and keep them ready.
4. Heat the pan and add the chicken. (In the video: Chicken thighs have been added without any oil since the thighs contain fat in them).
5. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped garlic and mix well and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
6. Add the sliced mushrooms. Cook in medium flame until the water from mushrooms thickens.
7. Check the taste and adjust seasoning as per choice. Add cilantro and serve.

Additional pointers –
If you use chicken breast, fat will reduce to 6 gms for the overall recipe but you will need to use additional fat like butter/ghee/coconut oil to keep the chicken moist.
