Low Sugar Green Smoothie Recipe | LPR friendly | Acid Watcher & Fast Tract Diet

This green smoothie recipe takes the spotlight for being low in sugar, high in greens and phytonutrients and being both Acid Watcher Diet and Fast Tract Diet friendly. Perfect for busy people, lazy cooks, and or busy moms.

Most green smoothies uses bananas or berries, which are unfortunately high in sugar and if you have acid reflux, berries may be slightly acidic. Berries tend to have a ph around 4. This smoothie is alkaline with the help of cucumber, greens, watermelon and unsweetened almond milk so it wont trigger pepsin activation in the throat.

Enjoy with ice or on its own. Very refreshing and delicious way to consume your greens! Hope you enjoy this recipe!

Fast Tract FP Point:
Update: I plugged in the numbers for the almond milk I have and the total fp is lower than I thought. 3 FP for this drink.

Between 3-5 FP, depending on how much watermelon. cucumber or almond milk you use. If followed the ratio shown in video. Count this as 4 FP. (FP point is approximate)

PH for this drink is above 5… approximately 7ph (this is an estimate).

Note: I no longer follow Acid Watcher diet as my symptoms and needs are constantly shifting. I no longer follow a specific diet and just focus on balanced meals.
