*INGREDIENT*
1.5 cups macaroni
400 g Chicken breast (cut into cubes)
2 medium Tomatos (chopped)
2 medium Onions (chopped)
1 medium green bell pepper
1 small red bell pepper
1 Spring onion(fine chopped)
Bean sprouts/cabbage
1 Carrot(fine chopped)
1 small yellow bell pepper
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp coriander seed powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds powder
2 tsp or to taste Salt
1 tbsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Cooking oil
Written Recipe:
1. Heat up a wok and add 3 tbsp of cooking oil and garlic paste, fry until it gets a nice light brown colors.
2. Add the chopped onions and fry until they are soft, then add the chopped tomatos followed by the following spices:
Lemon juice
Soysauce
Red chilli flakes
Black pepper powder
Coriander seed powder
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Cumin seeds powder
Salt
3. Cook the mixture until a semi-gravy is formed, now add the chicken to it and cook the chicken until its tender.
4. Taste the mixture and add salt according to taste.
5. Add carrots and cook for 5 min, then add the bell peppers and cook for another 5 min.
6. Add the boiled macaroni and mix well.
7. Add beans sprouts and spring onions and now cook until all the vegetables are cooked.
