I love putting together smoothies, that are beneficial for my health. I always struggled to get enough magnesium in my system, and maybe you feel the same.I did have muscle cramps and I know that for stress, for muscle health and anxiety, magnesium is a great support.
This smoothie contains bananas, avocados and cocoa powder, which are all rich in magnesium. It is also loaded with antioxidants, rich in iron and great for your heart health and digestion.
I love drinking a large glass of this smoothie and know how much I did for my health! Ohh and it is also really delicious!
Magnesium and antioxidant boost healthy smoothie recipe ingredients:

One banana (can be frozen)
โ
Half of an avocado
โ
A handful of spinach leaves
โ
A handful of frozen blueberries (can be mixed berries)
โ
A quarter of a cucumber
โ
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
โ
200 ml of water or plant-based milk
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend them well until the smoothie becomes creamy. Pour into a glass and drink up!
