INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Making Caramel:
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised
Pour In a Mould
Keep Aside
2 Tbsp Custard Powder
¼ Cup Milk
Mix Well
2 & ½ Cup Milk
Bring It To Boil
½ Cup Sugar
Turn Off The Flame Add Custard Mixture
¼ Cup Suji / Semolina
Mix Well
Cook The Mixture For 3-5 Min.
Pour Into The Mould
Boil Some Water
Place The Mould
Cover
Steam For 30-35 Min.
Cool Down And Keep In Fridge For 1 Hour
