Double Dhamaka Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
First Marination
• 1- 1.3 Kg Chicken cut into 4 pieces
• Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
• Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
• Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
• Salt to taste
Second Marination
• Thick yogurt 1/4 cup
• Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
• Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder 2 teaspoons (or more according to taste)
• Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
• Black Salt 3/4 teaspoon/chat masala 1 teaspoon
• Cumin powder 1.5 teaspoons
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Red food colour (optional)
Preparation
1. Apply first marination on the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Now add 2nd marination and apply on the chicken pieces.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Next day apply some oil on the grill and place chicken pieces.
5. Grill on both sides until well cooked.
6. Drizzle some lemon on top and serve immediately.
7. Enjoy!

Hara Chicken Tikka (Spicy Green Grilled Chicken Skewers)
Ingredients
Ingredients for Tikka base
• Chicken 500 g
• Thick Yogurt 3 tbsp
• Brown onion 1 tbsp
• Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
• Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tbsp
• Garam masala powder 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Coconut flakes 1 tsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Green colour
• Coriander leaves a handful
• Mint Leaves a handful
• Green chillies 2 to 3
• Green colour 4-5 drops
Preparation
1. Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch cubes. Keep in a separate bowl.
2. In a chopper, add all the ingredients of tikka base and ingredients for green color and chop as fine as possible.
3. Important Note: Do not add any water while chopping.
4. Add this marination to the chicken. Mix well, cover and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
5. Next day, arrange the chicken pieces on skewers.
6. Apply oil on the griller and grill until cooked well.
7. Enjoy with roti and mint yogurt raita.
