INGREDIENTS:
To Marinate and cook the Chicken320 gms boneless chicken breast, cut into small strips or diced3/4 Tbsp chilli powder3/4 Tbsp coriander powder3/4 tsp garam masala1 large pinch of turmeric powder1/8 tsp black pepper powderless than half tsp salt4 Tbsp oil plus oil for shallow frying1 sprig curry leaves1 sprig mint leaves3/4 cup cabbage shreddedMasala Filling:3 Tbsp oil1/4 tsp cumin seeds2 onions, chopped1 1/2 Tbsp ginger garlic1 Tbsp green chilli , sliced1/4 tsp turmeric powder1/4 – 1/2 tsp meat masala powder (optional) – see my recipe2 tsp garam masala – see my recipe1 Tomato, chopped1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped1/4 tsp saltBatter and crumb Coating2 eggs2 egg whites ( for coating )1 cup milk1 1/2 Tbsp oil1/2 cup flour1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp salt1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
