Ingredients:
For gravy
Chicken 1 kg approx
Onion 3 medium sized
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Cinnamon Stick 1
Cloves 3-4
Black Pepper 5-6
2 bay leaves
White pepper powder 1/4th tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi 1 tbsp
salt to taste
2 green cardamoms
1/2 tsp whole coriander seeds
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp(total 2, 1 more will be used in marination)
15-20 Kaju(cashew nuts)
For Marination:
Curd 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
White Pepper powder 1/4th tsp
black pepper powder 1/4th tsp
salt to taste
