Pratibha’s Shahi Malpua Recipe
Ingredients:
Gulab Jamun Mix (Gits) – 1 Cup
Maida – 1/2 Cup
Rava – 3 Tbsp
Milk Powder – 4 Tbsp
Milk – 1 Glass
Cardamon ( Elaichi) Powder – 1/2 tsp
Mix all ingredients to make a thick batter.
Fry malpua in oil/ghee.
Put Fried malpua in sugar syrup , allow it to rest for 1-2 minutes.
Take out in a plate.
Serve with Rabri/condensed milk,garnish with some finely chopped almonds and pistachios.
Preparation Of Sugar Syrup:
1) Sugar – 1 Cup
2) Water – 2 Cup
3) Cardamon – 1-2
4) Saffron
When sugar syrup becomes little sticky turn off the flame and put malpua in hot sugar syrup.
Note : No need to make sugar syrup with one string consistency.
