Try this healthy fruit smoothie recipe. You can
alter it by including the tropical fruits that you like
or just plain duplicate this recipe. I used a cup
of orange juice to blend flavors and take
advantage of its natural sugar.
1 Mango (med size)
1 Banana (med. size)
Approx. 2 cups Papaya
8-10 ice cubes
