Ingredients:
250 ml Milk
1/3rd Cup Sugar
1/2 kg Khava (Condensed Milk)
1 Cup Mango Pulp
Yellow Food Colour
Edible Silver Foil for decoration

Method:
– In a pan, add milk and sugar. Mix everything well for 5 mins.
– Then add khava (condensed milk) and mix well.
– Once the mixture thickens, add the mango pulp and yellow colour. Mix everything well.
– Take the mixture off the flame and keep it in an aluminium tray for 3 hours.
– Decorate the tray with silver foil.
– Cut the Mango Barfi into medium size pieces and serve!
