Mango dessert (souffle)
INGREDIENTS Qty
Mangoes 8 medium size
Sugar 2 tb.sp.
Jelly powder 2 tb.sp.
Cream 2 tb.sp.
Biscuit 1 pack
METHOD:
Cut mangoes in cubes add cubes in blender and blend then add sugar, cream, jelly powder in blender and blend again. When mixture is ready put a side.
Now take pack of biscuits and chop.
Now add this biscuits layer in a bowl and settle then add blended mixture on this layer of biscuits decorate as you want and then freeze for 3,4 hours atleast minimum for 1 hour. Ready to eat.
