Mango Float I How To Make Mango Float Recipe I No Bake
Ingredients
3 ripe Mangoes ———————————————————P92.50
2 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream, chilled overnight————-P99.90
1 can (390g) Condensed Milk —————————————–P30.00
1 pack (200g) Graham Honey Cracker ——————————–P39.00
Procedure
1. In a bowl beat 2 pack chilled all-purpose cream over high speed until cream
doubled in volume.
2. Add condensed milk. Beat again until well combined.
3. Arrange graham crackers in a deep container. Add cream on top and spread evenly.
Top cream with strips of mangoes. Repeat process until you reach the desired
number of layers. For final layer spread cream evenly and top with mango cubes.
6. Cover with plastic wrap or foil. Freeze for at least seven hours before serving.
