Ingredients for Mango Ice-Cream:
Mango chunks 2 cups
Condensed milk 3/4 cup
Whipping cream 1 ½ cup

Ingredients for Mango Popsicle:
Mango chunks 2 cups
Sugar 3 tbsp
Coconut milk 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Mango Sauce:
Mango chunks 1/2 cup
Butter 1/2 tbsp
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mango juice 1/4 cup
Water 1/4 cup

Directions for Mango Ice Cream Preparation:
Add mango pulp in a blender and blend to form mango puree.
Now in a bowl add prepared mango puree, condensed milk and mix well.
Now in another bowl, add whipping cream and whip it with beater until stiff peaks.
Once the cream is whipped, add mango mixture in it and mix slowly and gradually.
Now set the ice cream in container, add mango chunks and cover with plastic wrap, making sure it touches the ice cream surface.
Freeze the ice-cream for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove ice cream from the container and serve with fresh mangoes and enjoy.
Directions for Mango Popsicle Preparation:
Cut the mangoes in cubes and put them in a bowl. Add sugar and beat until smooth paste is formed.
Now add coconut milk and mix well.
Put mixture in a mold, add mango chunks, cover with aluminium foil and place the mold in freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from the container and serve.
Directions for Mango Sauce Preparation:
In a pan add mango pulp, butter, icing sugar, lemon juice, mango juice, water and stir & cook on medium flame until thick mixture is formed.
Remove from heat, let it cool on room temperature and drizzle over ice cream.

Cooking time: 30 mins
Serving: 5-6
