MANGO JERK BEEF WITH COCONUT JASMINE RICE RECIPE & MUKBANG
Today I prepared some island inspired mango jerk spiced beef served with coconut jasmine rice. We used a cut of chuck roast cut in to strips and marinated in jerk spice and then simmered in mango jerk sauce, carrots, peppers, onion, garlic and spices.
