Mango Lassi is a popular yogurt based smoothie, made from blending basically mango pulp and yogurt. It is often topped with some dry fruits. It is a very common summer drink and easily available in the streets of India. It is really creamy, refreshing and best of all real yummy!!

Sneak Peak into the Mango Lassi recipe :
Ingredients :
Chilled Mango (Aam)- 3-4 medium size cut into pieces
Curd / Yogurt (Dahi) – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/3 tsp
Ice cubes – 1 cup (8-10 nos.)
Dry Fruits (Cashews, pistachios, raisins) – 1/4 cup (Chopped)
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Method :
1.In a juice blender add 1 cup mango pulp, 1 cup curd, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 tsp cardamom powder and some ice cubes. Then blend them smooth.
2. In a glass, add some ice cubes, pour the blended mix.
3. Garnish with some dry fruits and serve cold.
