Mango Lassi recipe | Mango Yogurt Smoothie | Summer Drink | Sweet Lassi | आम वाली स्वाद लस्सी
All you need is a ripe mango, a cup of thick curd, some ice cubes & for flavoring either 2-3 cardamom powder a few drops of mango/vanilla essence. So quick, and so easy to make even kids can make this (just be careful if you’re chopping mangoes). Mango can be any variety, I have used Alphonso. Enjoy the Summer.
Ingredients :
1 ripe Mango, chopped
1 cup thick Curd (Dahi)
2-3 Cardamom Powder (Ilaichi / alternatively Mango or Vanilla Essence can be used)
Sugar as per taste (optional)
2-3 Ice Cubes
Method :
Take 1 Mango, peel its skin and cut into pieces
In a mixer jar, take 1 cup Curd
Add chopped Mango
Add 2-3 Cardamom Powder (Ilaichi)
Add Sugar
Add Ice Cubes
Churn and transfer it to a glass
Top with chopped Mangoes and a Mint Leave
Enjoy your Super Delicious Chilled Mango Lassi
