This Mango Season learn to make Mouth Watering Mango Mousse. Make delicious dessert at home with the help of Chef Varun Inamdar only on Rajshri Food.

Ingredients
15 gms custard powder
150 ml milk
25 gms sugar
250 ml Mango pulp
250 gms whipped cream
2 fresh mangoes
Mint leaves

Method:
– In a bowl add vanilla custard powder and add some milk to it and keep it aside
– In a pan add milk and boil it then add the custard powder slurry and sugar & keep it whisking
– In a glass bowl add the mixture and mango pulp
– Add whipped cream to it and give it an even mix
– Add the mixture in a bowl and chill it for an hour in a refrigerator
– Garnish it with fresh mango dices and mint leaves.
