Ingredients :
Mango Pulp – 2 cups
Rice – 4tbsp, soaked in rice for 30 minutes and coarsely blended, mix in 1/2 cup of water
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk – 4 cups
Almonds – soaked in hot water for 15 mins, peel off the skin, coarsely chop for garnish
Cardamom powder – a pinch (optional)
Mango pieces – Few for garnish (optional)
