Ingredients:-
2 Fresh Ripe Mango
1 Fresh Pineapple
6 Tbsp Sugar or According to the taste
For weight control don’t add sugar. Use sugar replacement such as Stevia
Blend Fresh fruits, 4 to 5 cups of water in a blender for 1 min. Time could vary depending upon your blender speed.
Add Ice cubes if more cold smoothie temperature is required
Total 8 cups or 4 glass of smoothie will be prepared with this recipe.
Enjoy Fresh Mango Pineapple smoothie taste in the hot Summer days.
