【Loofah stuffed】

Ingredients:
1 loofah 200g shrimp
100g ginger, 100g garlic, 100g fresh pepper, 50g green onion
Soy sauce 10ml Rapeseed oil 100ml
step:
1. Shell the shrimp and chop the shrimp meat into puree.
2. Chop ginger, chili, and garlic into puree and mix well.
3. Cut the loofah into 5cm sections, and cut out 1 and a half of the flesh from each section.
4. Fill the shrimp meat into the loofah and cover with ginger garlic chili paste.
5. Steam for 15 minutes on the pot.
6. After the pot is up, top with soy sauce, sprinkle chopped green onion, and top with hot oil.
7. The loofah is ready.

絲瓜釀
配料:
絲瓜1根 蝦200g
姜100g 蒜100g 鮮辣椒100g 蔥50g
醬油10ml 菜籽油100ml
步驟:
1.蝦去殼,蝦肉剁成泥。
2.姜、辣椒、大蒜剁成泥,攪拌均勻。
3.絲瓜切成5CM的小段,每一段掏去1半瓜肉。
4.將蝦肉填充到絲瓜裡,覆蓋上薑蒜辣椒泥。
5.上鍋蒸15分鐘。
6.起鍋後,淋上醬油,撒蔥花,澆上熱油。
7.絲瓜釀好了。
