Marinated Flank Steaks with Charred Corn Salsa by the lake!? ? ?
A couple weeks back, I got to hang out with Jonathan Miller and crew from Breeo at my wife’s families lake house making tons of food including this steak. I first made a puree sauce with my Gaucho Steakhouse Rub and more fun stuff. Marinated the flank steak with the sauce and red onions for 4 hours. Preheated the Breeo X on the top of our boat dock (pavers underneath it of course), and seared off the steaks for about 4 minutes per side. Grilled some corn with my Jalapeño Lime Pilsner rub until nicely charred. While the steaks rested, I made the corn salsa and topped it onto the sliced meat. The whole family + crew ate right off the board. It was gone in 5 minutes… Cheers & hope everyone had an amazing weekend with ??
