TRIPLE ‘S’ SPECIAL SOUP
Ingredients
Butter ¾ tbsp
Chicken stock 3 cups
Chicken boiled and shredded ¼ cup
Sweet corn 1 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 tbsp
Boiled peas 1 tbsp
Carrot chopped 1 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Mushrooms 3-4
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Corn flour (dissolved) 1 tbsp
Parsley chopped for garnish
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
Method
Melt butter. Add flour, stir well. Add in onion and all the other vegetables, keep stirring. Add milk, chicken, chicken stock, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and all the spices. Add in dissolved corn flour. Cook till the soup is thick and vegetables are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

GRILLED ZATAR CHICKEN
Ingredients for Marination
Chicken thighs boneless ½ kg
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp heaped
Olive oil ¼ cup
Zatar 1 tbsp heaped
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
For Serving
Black olives 3 tbsp
Green olives 3 tbsp
Grilled tomatoes 2
Grilled green chilies as required
Parsley as required
Lemon wedges as required
METHOD
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients overnight, heat grill pan and grill chicken well, also grill the tomatoes and green chilies, serve with all the serving ingredients.
