Masala chicken roast in Air Fryer
?The air fryer is K5 pro by @hauswirt_baking .it is linked in my amazon store(link is below). This one is 25 litres. Works as both an oven and an air fryer. Very energy efficient and can make a lot of food on one go ?

?Ingredients and steps:
Take a small pot
Add 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
1 tbsp kasuri methi
(Dried fenugreek leaves)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic granules
Roast this on medium high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Take 4 chicken quarters or 1 whole chicken(cut in 4 large pieces)
Make deep cuts in chicken pieces
Add 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp thick Greek yogurt
The roasted spice mix
2 tbsp chopped coriander/cilantro
1 tsp chaat masala
Pinch of orange food colour (optional)
2 tbsp oil
Coat the chicken very well. Marinate for atleast an hour or overnight in the fridge.
Place the chicken in your air fryer basket
or air fryer tray. I lined mine with baking paper.
Air fry the chicken for 25 minutes at 180ºC.
Note: The chicken pieces are quite big
Flip the chicken pieces. Air fry for 10 minutes on the other side.
Serve these with paratha and chutney
