4 g matcha powder
20 g protein powder
5 g sugar free vanilla pudding mix
5 g no calorie sweetener
30 g red bean paste

10 g carbs
3 g fiber
2 g fat
Approximately 90 mg caffeine
Total (with the red bean):
214 kcal

23 g carbs
