BAKED MAWA GUJIA…Sugar Free & Oil Free Dessert ?
Ingredients…
For Dough..
220 gm/ 2Cup Whole Wheat flour
40gm/ 2 Spoon Thick Ghee
Low Fat Milk for Kneading (need base)
For Filling…
250gm Low Fat Mawa/ Khoya
2 Spoon each Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds, Mix Seeds, Desiccated Coconut, Raisins
2-4 Spoon Jaggery powder/ Sugar Free Powder for Sweetness
2 Spoon Ghee for Brushing
Bake 15-16 Minutes on 190 Degrees into a Preheated Oven
then Grill 8-10 Minutes for more Golden brown Colour
IMPORTANT POINTS…
If u are baking guzia first time then care personally about Temperature and timing of ur Oven otherwise no problem ?
After Baking, don’t forget to brush ghee or honey on hot guzia for extra shining or sweetness ( I have applied ghee for shining)
About Mawa filling-
roast mawa only 2-3 minutes ( don’t roast more) then add sweetner & Dry fruits
