When the years goes by, max’s Resto gain popularity and become known with their tagline as “the house that fried chicken built”. The company’s fame and furtune grew on the strength of one signature dish, their fried chicken. The chicken is just simply fried without any breading unlike the other fried chicken recipe that coated with batter.
That is why Max’s fried chicken has its unique texture of crispy-juicy and tender-juicy flavor of their chicken and Max’s Restaurant was born.

1 whole dressed chicken, cut into half
¼ cup fish sauce
40 ml kalamasi juice
5 cloves garlic, pressed
3 pieces dried bay leaves (luarel leaves)
1 pieces red onion, quarter cut
1 liter of water
