1kg (2.2lbs) – Lean Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 Tbsp (20ml) – Vegetable Oil or Peanut Oil
1 tsp (5ml) – Sesame Oil
1/3 Cup (80ml) – Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp ( ) – Gochujang (Korean Spice Paste)
1 1/2 Tbsp ( ) – Brown Sugar
1 – Shallot, Chopped
3 – Garlic Cloves, Chopped
20g (0.7oz) – Ginger, Chopped
1 tsp (2g) – Dried Chilli Flakes
Seasoning To Taste
Stir-fried Broccoli & Spring Onions (Scallions) –
1 Tbsp (20ml) – Vegetable or Peanut Oil
2 – Heads Broccoli, Trimmed
8 – Spring Onions (Scallions), Chopped
1 tsp (5ml) – Sesame Oil
