MEATBALL SUB RECIPE
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion diced
1 egg
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
BAKE 400 for 20 MINUTES
Favorite jar of pizza or marinara sauce
Hoagie Rolls
Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese for toppings
