Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Cabbage, chopped
1/2 Cup Carrots, Chopped
1/2 Cup Capsicum, chopped
1/2 Cup Spring Onion Leaves, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli, crush
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
2 tbsp Oil
Grated Cheese
Salt to taste
Samosa Strips

१/२ कप कोबी, चिरून
१/२ कप गाजर, चिरून
१/२ कप भोपळी मिरची, चिरून
१/२ कप पातीच्या कांद्याची पात, चिरून
१ tbsp आलं लसूण हिरवी मिरची, ठेचून
१/२ tsp काळं मिरी पावडर
२ tbsp तेल
किसलेलं चीज
मीठ
Samosa Strips
Method:
– In a pan, heat some oil.
– Once the oil is hot add crushed ginger garlic green chilli. Saute just of a minute.
– Then add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrots & spring onion leaves. Mix everything well.
– Add pepper powder, salt and mix well.
– Take the mixture off the flame. Add some grated cheese and mix everything well.
– Let it cool down completely.
– Fill the mixture in the Samosa Strips and make mini samosas as shown in the video.
– Seal the edges properly so that the mixture doesn’t come out while frying.
– Fry the samosas in a medium hot oil till golden brown.
