Quick Gulab Jamun:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
A pinch of Baking Soda
2-3 tbsp Milk
Ghee/Oil (for frying)
Sugar Syrup:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions:
Mix flour ( cardamom powder), and baking soda; add milk to form a soft dough.
Roll small balls and fry until golden brown.
Prepare sugar syrup with cardamom.
Soak fried balls in syrup for 1-2 hours.
