Always a Ramadan favourite recipe Mint Chicken Sticks for you guys! Super moist & tender!
Where are you from and how is your Ramadan and Fasts going so far?
Ingredients ?
2 tbs Alpro Greek Style Plain ((Yoghurt alternative)
OR you can use Greek Yoghurt if you can't find Alpro.
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Fresh chilli paste
1 tbs Mint
1 tsp Ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp Chopped coriander
1/2 tsp Salt
250 grams Chicken Fillets cut into large pieces
Flour paste (3 tbs plain flour mixed in 5-6 tbs water)
Breadcrumbs for coating
Par boiled small potatoes
Oil for frying
Mint Dip ?
5 tbs Alpro Greek Style Plain
1 tbs Mint sauce
1 tbs Tomato sauce
