Ingredients:
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (115g)
4 oz butter (115g)
3 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla sugar (optional)
5 oz granulated sugar (115g)
3 tbsp oil
4 oz yogurt (100ml)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (170g)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Chop the 4 oz chocolate into small pieces.
In a saucepan, melt chocolate and butter on medium heat, stirring constantly.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the chocolate-butter from the saucepan and mix well.
Add the oil, yogurt and cocoa powder and mix well.
Gradually, fold in the combined flour and baking powder to make a smooth batter.
Chop 6 oz chocolate into large chunks and stir into the batter.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool brownies before cutting into squares. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
