The easiest Mongolian beef recipe that’s better than Chinese takeout! This
quick and easy Chinese recipe is the perfect lunch or dinner !
ingredients:
2lbs of thinly sliced beef,
2 bell peppers,
1 bundle of green onions,
1 cup of dry red chilis,
3 tbs of hoisin sauce,
1 cup of corn starch,
1/4 cup of soy sauce,
2 tbs of sugar,
1/4 cup of white vinegar,
1/4 cup of water,
4 pieces of garlic,
1 thumb size of ginger,
1. thinly slice the beef and coat with corn starch,
2. slice and peel the ginger and garlic along with the other vegetables,
3. make the sauce by combining the hoisin, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and water
4. add 1 1/2 cups of oil to a skillet and deep fry the beef on high heat for 5 minutes until both sides are evenly cooked,
5. add some oil to a skillet and add the ginger and garlic then the chilis and sauce,
6. add the beef and vegetables and mix well on high heat and serve with rice
