Moong Dal Halwa Recipe
Moong Dal Halwa Cooking Method:
1. Take 1 x Bowl of Moong Dal and Blend to a Slightly Coarse Paste
2. In a Large Kadai Heat 1 Tablespoon of Ghee on Medium Flame
3. Now Add Moong Dal Paste and Mix well.
After 5-7 Minutes Add 1 Cup Warm Milk, Stir Continuously, until the Mixture Absorbs All the Milk.
Then Add Some Raisins and 3/4 Cup Sugar, Cook until the Mixture Starts to Separate the Ghee and Turns Golden Brown.
4. Enjoy Moong Dal Halwa Garnished with Almonds and Cashew Nuts.
