Chicken gravy is probably one of the most popular Indian chicken recipes liked by all & hence we brings to your kitchen, your favorite delicacy from the restaurant. So watch and learn how to make restaurant style chicken gravy at home.

Ingredients:
Chicken- 500 gms
Onions, chopped- 2 medium
Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp
Cashew nuts- 10-12pcs
Dried red chillies, seedless – 5-6
Tomatoes, roughly chopped -2 medium size
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi- 1 tsp
Oil- 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1 On medium heat, roast the cashew nuts and the red chillies for 3-4 minutes.
2 Grind the chillies and the cashews to fine powder and then add the tomatoes. Continue to blend it to make a smooth paste.
3 Now, On medium heat, heat oil in a pan.
4 Add the chopped onions and fry on medium heat till translucent.
5 Add the Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins on low heat.
6 Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt to taste and Fry it on medium heat for a minute.
7 Now, add the cleaned and washed chicken pieces, and fry it on medium heat till the chicken color changes.
8 Now, add the cashew, red chilli, tomato paste, mix well and fry for 5-6 mins on medium heat till oil separates.
9 Add 1 cup of water, and garam masala, give it a mix and cover & cook for 15 mins on medium heat.
10. Add Kasuri Methi, mix and simmer for on low heat for 2 minutes.
11 Restaurant style chicken gravy is ready to serve. Serve hot with naan, roti or jeera rice. ENJOY!
