3. Dried fenugreek / Kasuri Methi – 1 small bowl / 20 gm
4. Ginger Garlic Mix – 50 gm
5. Oil – 80 ml
6. Clarified Butter – 60 ml
7. Lime Water – 2 tbsp
8. Sugar – 2 tbsp
9. Kashmiri Red Chilli – 2 tbsp
10. Black Cardamom – 2
11. Cloves – 6
12. Black Stone Flower / Kalpasi (छबीला) – 1
13. Black Pepper – 12
14. Coriander Powder – 3 tbsp
15. Cumin – 1/2 tbsp
16. Turmeric – 1/2 tbsp
17. Bay Leaf (तेजपान) – 2
18. Salt – 2 tbsp
19. Whole Red Chilli – 20 – 25
