: Coriander chopped _3 tbs (green)
: Lemon juice ______2 tbs
: Coriander Powder _1 tbs
: Turmeric powder _ 2 tbs
: Cummin powder _ 1 tbs
: Garam masala _ 1/2 tbs
: Chat masala __1/2 tbs
: kasturi methi /optional
: Salt to taste.
Note. Murg Lasuni or chicken Lasuni Tikka or kebab.. One things is there for yellow colours take pan put mustard oil
Little heat and add turmeric powder.. Just 30 seconds now add into Masala for nice colour.. Kasuri methi is not necessary…. For spicy or less you can increase chilli or less chilies…
