Ingredients:
Cow tongue
Caoguo, star anise, Chinese pepper, dried chili, sana, green onion, ginger, garlic, chili noodles, coriander, rapeseed oil, soy sauce, salt
step:
1. Scald the beef tongue with boiling water;
2. Pour water in the pot and put the beef tongue;
3. Add green onion, ginger, caoguo, star anise,Chinese pepper, dried chili, Shannai and other ingredients, add salt and simmer for 2 hours;

牛舌凉片

配料:
牛舌一条
草果 八角 花椒 干辣椒 山奈 葱 姜 大蒜 辣椒面 香菜 菜籽油 酱油 盐

步骤:
1.用开水烫洗牛舌;
2.锅中倒水,放入牛舌;
3.依次放入葱、姜、草果 八角 花椒 干辣椒 山奈等配料,加盐后小火炖2小时;
4.准备蘸料:辣椒面淋入热油;葱、大蒜、姜、香菜切碎末,加入辣椒油、酱油、盐;
5.牛舌捞出,放凉后切片;
6.开吃。
