***【Pan Fried Bun】

Ingredients:
1000g flour, 500g beef
150g ginger juice, 200g spring onions, 10g yeast, 10g light soy sauce, 3g thirteen spices, 10g salt, 1 egg, 50ml oil

step:
1. Yeast powder is dissolved with 500ml warm water;
2. Add yeast water to flour, knead for 10 minutes, seal and ferment for 1 hour;
3. Chop beef, add ginger juice, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, egg, green onion, and stir well;
4. Divide the fermented dough evenly and wrap the beef filling;
5. Take 100ML of water and add starch to make starch juice;
6. Add oil to the frying pan and put the wrapped buns in;
7. Pour in starch juice, cover and simmer for 15 minutes;
8. The fried bun is OK.

【生煎包】

配料:
麵粉1000g 牛肉500g
薑汁150g 蔥200g 酵母10g 生抽10g 十三香3g 鹽10g 雞蛋1個 油50ml
步驟:
1.酵母粉用500ml溫水化開;
2.麵粉加入酵母水,揉制10分鐘,密封發酵1小時;
3.牛肉剁碎,先後加入薑汁、生抽、十三香、鹽、雞蛋、蔥,充分攪拌均勻;
4.發酵好的麵團均勻分割,包做好的牛肉餡;
5.取100ML水,加入澱粉,做成澱粉汁;
6.煎鍋加油,將包好的包子放入;
7.倒入澱粉汁,加蓋燜15分鐘;
8.生煎包OK.
