1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 large egg (Can sub for 1/4 cup egg whites OR 1 flax egg)
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp chocolate morsels

TOPPING:

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup OR 2 scoops OR 32 grams vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp granulated coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cup milk of choice
1 large egg (Can sub for 1/4 cup egg whites OR 1 flax egg)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice

TOPPING:

2 tbsp greek yogurt
1/2 tsp lemon zest
