My Go-To Protein Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients:
• Ice
• 1 banana
• 2 TBS pb2 (or a full fat nut butter)
• 1 scoop Protein powder
• 1 cup spinach
• Unsweetened almond Milk

Make sure the blender is off.

•Add the Ice to blender.
• Slice the banana and add to the blender..
•Add your protein powder. I used ancient Nutrition’s bone broth.
•Add the pb2.
• Pour 1 cup of almond milk into the blender
• Add the spinach.

Put lid on blender and make sure it is closed all the way.
Gradually increase your blending speed until it is smooth.
Turn off your blender and enjoy.
